(Story by Y.K. Kim & Richard W. Park)
An attempt to create a cult film. It was made in the 80s, no one saw it, then Alamo Drafthouse rediscovered it and tried to tell you it was a great bad movie. That is fine and I see their point but movies like that just have to be discovered by audiences naturally. Something about being told that it is a cult film, or that its genre is cult, just feels kind of wrong to me. Anyway I am not usually one to watch a movie solely because it is bad. About a half hour into this I was just thinking “oh wait this is awful and there is a reason no one watched it for 25 years”. Not my thing I suppose.
