UPDATE!: Even at 80 minutes it feels stretched thin. It has some cute moments for the first half but then you realize the whole this is either “He’s Spanish!” or “He’s a cat!” jokes. Story is totally forgettable fluff. I’ll probably forget what happened in it by the time I wake up. Banderas does have an amazing voice though and the animation is of course top notch. Pretty weak year for animated films if this is considered one of the top 5. No Tin Tin for this and Kung Fu Panda 2?
