Director: Albert Brooks
Writer: Albert Brooks
While Albert Brooks isn’t as prolific as Woody Allen I love their senses of humor. Brooks has a similar feel but I guess his stuff goes a little more high concept like in this one Defending Your Life. The story behind it is great and I love how it plays out. I love how Brooks just lets scenes go on and on just through the dialogue instead of just getting these quick joke scenes and just moving the characters around just to move to a new location. His timing is perfect and he knows just when to end something at the right moment. I really enjoyed this one.
